What is MinorClearPass?

MinorClearPass is a travel consent document for minors travelling either internationally or domestically when travelling with only one legal guardian, with an accompanying adult who is not a legal guardian, or when travelling unaccompanied.

How and when is the document issued?

MinorClearPass is generated electronically and issued immediately after the online order has been completed with all required information. The document is then delivered automatically to the email address provided at the time of ordering.

Does MinorClearPass need to be printed and signed?

Yes. MinorClearPass must be printed and signed by the legal guardian(s). If the minor has only one legal guardian, that guardian must sign the document alone. Where applicable, the signatures must also be witnessed. All signatures must be handwritten.

In which languages is MinorClearPass issued?

MinorClearPass is issued in the language selected in the online order form and additionally in English. This ensures that the document can be read and understood both in the country of departure and in the destination country.

How long is MinorClearPass valid?

MinorClearPass is valid for the journey and the time period specified in the online order form.
